Our team also has extensive experience in trade remedy measures administered by the Ministry of Trade’s Directorate General for Imports. We have represented importers and domestic producers in investigations concerning anti-dumping duties, countervailing measures and safeguards. Our lawyers work closely with clients’ technical and commercial teams to identify, analyse and present the data and statistical evidence most relevant to each investigation.
